The Challenge
Ping needed to make AI agent activity legible at a glance. Agent status, messages, and notifications normally live in logs and terminals, which gives teams no ambient sense of what their agents are actually doing moment to moment.
Our Approach
We built a friendly, eyes-only presence UI that connects over webhook or API and renders live agent state as something you can read across the room, giving agents a face rather than a log stream, with real-time updates and a calm visual language that avoids alert fatigue.
