Client Responsibilities

Ownership and Use

Clients retain ownership of their content. Socialocca retains ownership of proprietary systems, internal processes, and reusable components.

Websites are managed as part of an ongoing service. Access, hosting, and maintenance are tied to an active subscription.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Distribute malicious or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Termination

Socialocca reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for:

• Non-payment
• Abuse of services
• Violation of these terms

Clients may cancel after the minimum commitment period by providing notice according to billing terms.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business outcomes, rankings, or performance metrics.

Limitation of Liability

Socialocca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

Total liability is limited to fees paid during the most recent billing period.
