    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using sites.socialocca.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or its services.

    Services Overview

    Socialocca provides custom website design, web development, web application development, and ongoing managed website services.

    Comprehensive design and development work is governed by an approved project proposal. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, support, and eligible updates are governed by the selected managed plan.

    Project Proposals and Fees

    • New websites, major redesigns, web applications, advanced integrations, and substantial new functionality require a written project proposal
    • Each proposal defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and one-time project fee
    • The project fee must be approved and paid according to the proposal before comprehensive development begins
    • Work outside an approved scope may require a separate proposal or change order

    Subscription Terms

    • Managed website plans are billed monthly
    • A minimum three-month commitment is required for all plans
    • Managed services continue month-to-month until canceled after the minimum term
    • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

    Edit Requests

    • Each plan includes a defined number of monthly edit requests
    • Edit requests must be submitted through the designated form or approved communication channels
    • New pages, major redesigns, advanced integrations, applications, and substantial new functionality may require a separate project proposal and fee
    • Unused edits do not roll over month to month

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information
    • Supplying content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
    • Ensuring they have rights to any content provided

    Delays caused by missing information may impact timelines.

    Ownership and Use

    Clients retain ownership of their content. After all applicable project invoices are paid, clients own the approved project-specific design and code created for them. Socialocca retains ownership of pre-existing tools, proprietary systems, internal processes, and reusable components.

    Managed hosting, maintenance, and support are tied to an active managed plan. If managed service ends, Socialocca can provide a handoff of eligible project files; hosting and maintenance end after the paid service period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Prohibited Use

    You may not use this website or services to:

    • Violate any laws or regulations
    • Distribute malicious or harmful content
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

    Termination

    Socialocca reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for:

    • Non-payment
    • Abuse of services
    • Violation of these terms

    Clients may cancel after the minimum commitment period by providing notice according to billing terms.

    Disclaimer

    Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business outcomes, rankings, or performance metrics.

    Limitation of Liability

    Socialocca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

    Total liability is limited to fees paid during the most recent billing period.

    Changes to Terms

    These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
